PR & Communications Manager
Jennifer has over 25 years experience in marketing, communications and public relations having worked for large organisations in Sydney like AXA Australia and Australian Casualty & Life.
Upon relocating to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney in 2010, Jennifer commenced a three-and-a-half-year tenure with Schultz Toomey O’Brien Lawyers where she was responsible for the management of branding, marketing, advertising, social media, communications, events and public relations of the firm.
She went on to join Wishlist, where she was responsible for all the marketing/ communications and strategic partnership relations. Following this Jennifer then spent two and a half years with Ray White Commercial as Marketing Communications Manager before starting her own marketing/communications business in 2017 – Jennifer Swaine Marketing & Communications where once again she worked alongside clients like Travis Schultz & Partners providing advice and direction on their marketing and communications strategy.
Jennifer is passionate and proud to call the Sunshine Coast home. As the Chair of the Sunshine Coast Business Awards and Vice President of the Sunshine Coast Chambers Alliance, Jennifer loves to engage and support the businesses that make up the fabric of this great region.
Giving time to these roles along with being a Non-executive Director on the Visit Sunshine Coast Board enables Jennifer to actively promote, connect and collaborate with others to increase the profile of the greater Sunshine Coast which she loves so much.
Jennifer has a regular business column in the Sunshine Coast Daily and Hello Sunshine, and is a regular public speaker and emcee.
